Susan gave us design tips and advice on helping us stage our home, priced it correctly, gave us feedback on some changes we needed to make due to feedback she was getting from prospective buyers and was a strong negotiator when it came time to get an accepted offer. She guided us through the inspection and renegotiation process and had contacts for any type of estimate we needed to have done.
